Reliability Analysis on Winding Configurations of Variable Reluctance Resolver Under Faulty Conditions

چکیده

Owing to the use of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) widely in Electrical Vehicles (EVs), mandatory existence rotor angle sensor its control algorithm, higher reliability resolver than other instance, and eventually, significant effect errors on system stability, comparing two winding configurations is regarded analytically numerically following study. Firstly, employed assessment model defined. Subsequently, it necessary investigate failure modes thoroughly. Among methods used assess reliability, Markov chosen for analysis. Finally, by using an experimentally verified Finite Element (FE) model, faulty conditions Variable Turn Overlapping Winding (VTOW) Constant Non-Overlapping (CTNOW) Reluctance (VR) are investigated. The accuracy degradation under as criteria define state resolver.
